Hospitality has been ingrained in me from a young age. Whether it was slumber parties, family gatherings or the restaurants I worked at, I always wanted to be the host of everything. I suppose it was because I loved making the people around me happy, which therefore made me happy.
I started my hospitality career as a teenager, working events for the Hay House Museum in Macon, Georgia. I loved the excitement and being able to entertain people and make their experiences memorable. So when I was offered the position of Catering and Events Assistant at The Peachtree Club, I was absolutely thrilled to utilize the skills I had gained over the years.
Last weekend I worked my first wedding in my new position and couldn’t believe how detail oriented and attentive everyone was. Our staff took so much pride in their work and did everything in their power to make sure it was an amazing day for the bride groom and their guests. I’m so excited to be a part of this industry and to work more weddings and events along-side The Peachtree Club!
